Durian fruit (choose the ripe and take the pulp)
Salt to taste
Cooking oil

6 red onions
3 garlics
5 pieces of red chili
4 cayenne peppers
1½ teaspoons of sugar
How to make Tempoyak:
Take the pulp from the fruit, than give salt to taste.
