Food is our needed. Healthy foods are our needed too. But sometimes we didn’t release that every food that we have consumed could make us get stink on our body. “sigh” what’s cause? Here, I am going to tell you what are kinds of food all of them and absolutely give solution to overcome the stink smell in our body.

Body Odor
Here they are some foods that could make our body get the bad smell. Probably, you didn’t think it before that these foods included in that causes.
First is Garlic and Onion.
Garlic and onion are kinds of spices that have a strong aroma. Commonly, they would produce the sulfur gas that absorbed by our blog by lung and pores. This could make us get the bad stink.

Alcohol and Caffeine
Even though, consuming alcohol and caffeine have become our habit. By reducing and managing to consume that stuffs could get fresh body smell also. 

Tobacco
Smoke of the cigarette or tobacco is one of the stuffs could make us get bad smell too. Tobacco that we have burnt would be absorbed by our sweat glands will cause body odor by getting out with our sweat

Actually, they are only some. And there are much more. Now, how to solve or prevent body odor or smell bad, stink in our body. We have to drink much water mineral. Also we should eat a lot of fruits such as : apples, strawberries, oranges, grapes, tomatoes, pineapple, banana, and etc. If we could managing our foods, we don’t need afraid of bad smells or our body odor that caused by those foods. Moreover, you don’t need to speed much money to buy perfume/deodorant.

Insomnia is symptom of sleep disorder. In the same way description like, the person wants to sleep but they got difficulty to fall asleep. So the suffer sometime need to consume sleeping pills or others medicine to make they fall asleep.

Actually, by consuming the pills are not good for our health, because the chemical substance that contained on the pills would make us addicted of it


Hence, I would like to share my experience to solve this problem by consuming the healthy foods. Of course, the foods which I would mention are easy to find around us. I have proved this all to myself. As the matter of fact, they are all could make you sleep well by often consuming that foods.

  • Drinking Milk
Before you would sleep, it’s better for you to drink a cup of milk whether warm or cold. It is really recommended for people who got insomnia. The milk has a lot of calcium which could make us calm.

  • Eating Bananas
The potassium, sodium, and magnesium, could also make us get calming effect too. We had better to consume this fruit by the often time.

Of course all of you know that wheat contains of a lot of proteins and magnesium which could help us to reduce insomnia. Making kinds of food that have basic dough of wheat is very appropriate for people who got insomnia.

Insomnia adalah sebuah gejala susah tidur yang dialami oleh seseorang. Penderita insomnia ini cenderung mengalami kebiasaan yang lain di bandingkan orang pada umumnya. Kerap kali orang yang insomnia mengkonsumsi pill penenang atau obat tidur untuk menenangkan syaraf-syaraf yang bekerja pada tubuh.
Gejala ini disebabkan biasanya dikarenakan banyaknya pikiran, atau bisa jadi karena kurang terkontrolnya pola makan dan mengkonsumsi makanan yang dapat membangkitakan sel kerja saraf kita. Contohnya: mengkonsumsi kopi, teh, coklat dan lain-lain yang mengandung kafeein. Dapet menyebabkan saraf kita berkerja lebih keras dan secara otomatis menambah daya kerja detakan jantung kita. 

Berikut saya member tips yang sehat dan aman seputar makanan yang mengandung vitamins dan gizi yang baik untuk kesehatan yang dimana mempunyai fungsi untuk menenangkan semua syaraf-syaraf yang tegang.

  • Minum Susu
Susu merupakan minuman segar yang mengandung banayak vitamin dan nilai gizi yang tinggi yang baik buat kesehatan. Baik dikonsumsi panas maupun dingin. Akan tetapi susu yang berkualitas biasanya susu yang steril atau susu yang belum tercampuri gula dan bahan pengawet lainnya.
  • Makan Buah Pisang
Pisang merupakan suatu buah yang mengandung banyak nilai gizi dari pada buah yang lain. Jika kita lihat kita malah sering mengkonsumsi buah-buahan yang terkesan mahal, seperti appel merah dan lain-lain yang harganya mahal. Akan tetapi jika kita tau dari nilai gizinya masih kalah dengan pisang. Tentunya kita sering tidak sadar bahwasanya buah-buahan yang tumbuh di sekitar kita mengandung gizi lebih tinggi dari pada buah-buahan yang identik dengan harga yang mahal dan terbungkus secara exclusive. Namun, pisang menyimpan lebih banyak gizi.

Buktinya kerap sekali kita sering melihat makanan bayi, atau pun susu ibu menyusui banyak yang menggunakan bahan dasar pisang sebagai bahan utama. Dan para ahli menyatakan bahwasanya pisang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan gizi kita secara cepat. Sehingga akan lebih mudah untuk menenangkan saraf-saraf yang tegang.
  • Banyak mengkonsumsi gandum
Tak jarang kita mendengar gandum sebagai makanan pokok orang-orang barat. Ternyata gandum mengandung banyak nilai gizi daripada beras. Dan tentunya baiksekali gandum jika kita konsumsi. Karena kandungan protein dan magnesium dapat memenuhi kebutuhan yang diperlukan tubuh kita untuk menjalankan proses pemasakan bahan makanan. Sehingga akan memermudah kinerja syaraf kita.
  • Pecan dan seledri
Tentunya makanan ini juga dapat menenangkan syaraf kita. Kalau pecan berfungsi sebagai penambah vitamin B6 yang dapat melemaskan syaraf-syaraf yang tegang. Sedangkan seledri akan bekerja sebaigai suatu alat system cooling yang membuat fress syaraf otot-otot yang telah bekerja.
Demikian Tips dari saya. Mudah-mudahan dapat bermanfaat bagi kita semuanya. Satu hal yang perlu diingat tidak masalah bagi kita mengkonsumsi pill atau obat penenang akan tetapi tidak baik juga jika kita selalu mengkonsumsinya. Itu akan membuat kita menjadi pecandu obat tersebut. Kembali lagi ke pola hidup yang alami adalah jalan terbaik untuk membuat tubuh kita sehat.

I have a friend his name is Aan. Mujianto Aan is a student of STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro that has good expectations from other friends because of his powerful characteristic. Probably, this is very unique thing that happened in my collage especially. Because everyone seldom do like Mujianto has already done. He is a seller of SULE (Soy Milk) in my campus. He studies on Arabic Department. While he studies at my collage, he sells the health beverage such like it. He sells SULE or Soy Milk around the campus using the big thermos bottle. It covered by pack of plastics and priced for about Rp. 1000,-. Absolutely it is very cheap for all of student in my university.

Do you want to make soy milk by yourself? Absolutely, it is very natural with your hand made. The soy milk is one of our traditional foods too. But, before I will explain for furthermore let me to explain. Why I write this post. Cause, it has something to do with the story in my campus.

Mujianto has run this business for about two years, starting from the first semester till the fifth semester up to now; he is still doing this business. As the matter of fact his business followed by some others people too. Now, there are more than 5 sellers of soybean cake at my campus. And absolutely Mujianto Aan is the first pioneer of soybean milk in my campus. He is better in dividing time both of studying and working. He could get more additional payment to pay tuition for his study. Moreover, he could help his parents in their family financial.

    There were a lot of advantages for consuming this Soy Milk for instance:       Keep our body condition, Make our skin to be smooth and ageless, protect us from cancer, and so on.

So that way, I wrote the soy milk recipe. This is kind of beverage that I like most. My friend gave this recipe especially for me to make it by myself. Hence, whenever I want to make the milk, just make it by myself.
Let’s take a look on this recipe.

Ingredients:
1 Kilos of soybean (fry without oil or roasted, don’t let it till burn)
Sugar
Milk Powder
Water
Natural Food Coloring such as Pandan Pasta (If you need it)

How to make soy milk:
The first, you have to mill the roasted soybean till become powder.
Take the soybean powder into a glass two or three tablespoon.
Give the water on it, mix well.
Then strain it, so it is separated from the dregs.
Give the Milk powder, sugar.
And if you want to be taste good, you may use natural food coloring to make it more beautiful.

    There were a lot of advantages for consuming this Soy Milk for instance:       Keep our body condition, Make our skin to be smooth and ageless, protect us from cancer, and so on.

Mujianto Aan  adalah seorang anak laki-laki lahir di Tulang Bawang Provinsi Lampung, benar-benar menjadi seorang mahasiswa yang menjadi inspirasi saya untuk menulis tentang resep pembuatan sule (susu kedele). Dia adalah seorang mahasiswa di kampus (STAIN METRO) yang tengah menginjak ke semester 5 jurusan tarbiyah dengan program studi bahasa arab yang rela berdagang keliling untuk menjajakan sule nya keliling mengitari lingkungan seputar kampus. 

Mujianto Aan sudah menjalankan usaha mandirinya semenjak masuk atau menjadi mahasiswa pertama kalinya di universitas saya. Ia merelakan membagi waktu beljarnya guna untuk mencari dana tambahan untuk membayar SPP bulanan dikampusnya dan mengirim sebagian hasil penjualannya tersebut ke rumahnya untuk membantu biaya hidup keluarganya. Sungguh seorang pria yang tak kenal lelah. 

Dan sekarang, saya bisa menemukan lebih dari 5 pedagang sule di kampus saya. Awalnya hanya satu orang, namun sekarang sudah lebih dari satu orang yang berjualan sule ini. Itu artinya dia sudah membuka mata orang lain untuk meniru usaha yang telah dilakukannya. Saya sungguh bangga mempunyai teman yang seperti dia, sungguh berbeda dengan teman-teman saya yang lain. Dia sudah memulai awal karirnya sembari belajar.

Tidak hanya itu pria ini juga berprestasi, dan mempinyai nilai ip yang cukup lumayan di katakana tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan teman-teman yang lain. Semoga dengan saya menulis postingan ini dapat membuka wawasan temen-temen semua untuk memulai karir kita sedini mungkin, dan harus pandai membagai waktu. Sukses itu tidak kita tentukan setelah kita sudah lulus kuliah, kalaupun bisa kenapa kita tidak mulai dari sekarang (sewaktu kita sedang kuliah). Semoga ini menjadi salah satu cerita penyemangat dalam hidup kita agar kita semua menjadi orang yang sukses yang berbekal banyak pengalaman.

Oleh karena itu saya disini menulis resep pembuatan sule yang diberika oleh teman saya itu. Ternyata bukan hanya itu saja, susu kedele juga mempunyai banyak fungsi bagi kesehatan. Misalnya saja, jika susu kedele ini kita konsumsi secara ruti akan menambah daya tahan tubuh kita dari berbagai macam penyakit. Dan bahkan, dari beberapa orang ahli sudah menyarankan sari-sari kacang-kacangan termasuk juga kedelai dapat membantu mencegah penyakit kangker, menjaga kulit agar awet muda dan lain-lain.

Berikut adalah Resep Pembuatan Susu Kedelai Yang Murni Alami dan Bergizi:

Bahan:
1 kilo Kedelai (di sangan atau sangrai)
Gula
Susu Bubuk
Air
Pewarna Alami Makanan (bisa menggunakan daun pandan dan lain-lain jika anda suka)

Cara membuat susu kedelai dengan mudah:
Giling atau haluskan kedelai yang sudah di sangrai tadi.
Masukan bubuk kedelai kedalam gelas,  2 atau 3 sendok makan atau sesuai selera anda.
Tambahkan air, dan saring. Sehingga ampas dari kedelai terpisah, atau jika anda suka tidak masalah anda mengkonsumsi ampas tersebut sebagai tambahan serat bagi tubuh.
Tambahkan Gula, Susu Bubuk, dan Pewarna Alami Makanan (Jika anda suka).
Hidangkan, Bisa dikonsumsi dalam kondisi hangat maupun dingin.

How to make Ice Fro (Kolang-Kaling), Traditional Indonesian Fresh Drink from Central Java

Ice fro is the fresh beverage for cooling down your thirsty in hot weather. Ice fro has original name that is Kolang-kaling. It is kind of plant that grow up in our country. This fruits also could be additional stuff for making Kolak or Cassava and Banana soup. Ice fro comes from central java which is popular with another ice such as: Ice Dawet Ayu, Ice Degan (Coconuts), and many others. When you visit Indonesia, don’t have any hesitation to enjoy this beverage.

But now I will give the recipes, how to make Ice Fro or Kolang-Kaling. Here they are the recipes:

Ingredients:
300 grams of fro (Thinly sliced)
200grams of sugar
600 ml of water
A little bit of red dye
150 ml of red syrup (It looks like Marjan Syrup or others)
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
400 grams drained canned lychees
1 pack of gelatinous white
600 ml of water
250 grams of sugar
Sweetened condensed milk
ice cube

How to make it:
First, cook water, sugar, fro, and red dye until boil and tender, until the water dried up, (Remove and drain)
Second way, sugar and 600 ml of water, cook untul boiling. Pour in the pan, let it freeze. (Shave the gelatin lengthwise)
Enter in a glass, jelly grawstring, lychees, sweetened milk and red syrup, (Adding the Ice Cube)

Serve it
