Cassava is our plant that almost grows up in all of region in Indonesia. I could conclude that 30% farmer in Indonesia plant cassava, 50% for planting rice, and 20% for planting spices.

Cassava is our plant that almost grows up in all of region in Indonesia. I could conclude that 30% farmer in Indonesia plant cassava, 50% for planting rice, and 20% for planting spices.
So cassava in my country is like a daily necessary for a farmer. Give it to try to make fried cassava from my country recipe.

Ingredients:         
700 grams of cassava

Seasoning that should be mashed:
3 teaspoons of salt
2½ teaspoons of coriander powder
5 cloves of garlic

How to cook fried cassava:
Cut into pieces as your wish, and then steam until done.
Combine all of the ingredients seasoning 30-60 ml in a hot water. Then add the cassava steamed (stir well) let it for about 15 minutes to make cassava absorbed the flavors.
Fry the cassava until done (dried cassava).

Coconut ice is also our Indonesian traditional drink. This recipe comes from Javanese and Sumatra, many people who like this beverage.
This beverage is very good to have when the weather is so hot. This become another beverage. Here they are our recipes:

Ingredients:
250 young coconuts
600 ml of coconut water
50 ml of Milk for 1 glass
100 grams of sugar
100 ml of water

How to make coconut ice:
Sheave the young coconut meat then add the sugar, water coconut, sugar, milk, and water.
Give ice on it, so it will be cook and fresh.

Ingredients:
500 grams of rice (clean and soak in water for about an hour)
Plastic, or Young coconout leaf or banana leaf (for covering the rice)
Crackers

Vegetables:
120 grams of green bean (cut into pieces)
100 grams of sprouts
150 grams of spinach
100 grams of cabbage

Seasoning to make Peanut Sauce (Sambel Pecel) mashed all these ingredients:
100 grams of peanuts
15 red peppers
10 cayenne peppers
1 lime leaves
3 cm galingale
4 garlics
6 red onions
Brown sugar
Shrimp paste

How to cook Lontong (Lontong Pecel):
The first step is, cover the entire rise in plastics or leaf (boil until cooked) then lift.
Mashed all of sauce ingredients in a mortar, then mix with vegetables (stir well).
Cut lontong that has already done in pieces for about 1 cm, then combine with vegetables and sauce.
Add the cracker then Serve.

3 bay leaves

2½ teaspoon of coriander
6 red onions
3 garlics
1½ teaspoons of salt
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
3 hazelnuts

The first is “put all the ingredients into pan; add the water or coconut milk” (boil the tempe until the water or coconut absorbed into tempe). Lift
