Avocado is one fruit which has many nutrients like protein, calcium, magnesium, calcium, and many others. The avocado will be really good to be consumed especially for pregnant women and baby.
So in this good chance, I will share how to make avocado juice for you. This recipe probably is different than others. Ingredients:
3 Avocados (ripe)
100 ml of chocolate milk
Sugar
Water
Ice
How to make the Avocado Juice:
Take all the pulps on the avocado, then put on the blender add the water (cooked), add the sugar, mix and put in a glass then give the milk.
It would be nice give a little Ice to make it fresh and delicious. :)
