Ingredients:
- ½ kilos of chicken
- 1.800ml
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 lime leaves
- 1 cm ginger (crushed)
- 2 cm ginger (crushed)
- 3 ¾ teaspoon of salt
- 2 ¾ teaspoon of sugar
Spices:
- 7 red onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cm turmeric (burned)
Chili Sauce:
- 20 pieces of cayenne pepper
- Garlic
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of sugar
The complements:
- 150 grams of coarse shredded coconut
- 50 grams beans sprout
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 2 pieces of lemon
- 25 grams of fried onions
How to make a chicken soup (Soto Blitar)
- Boil chicken, bay leaves, lime leaves, galangal, ginger, salt and sugar then cook it all until done.
- Take the chicken and fry, and slice it into pieces.
- Heat the oil then until fragrant. Pour into boiling broth. Bring to a boil.
- Chili sauce: Boil the cayenne pepper and garlic then lift. Add salt and sugar. (puree it all)
- Serve the soup of soto blitar with chili sauce and its complement.
