The green sauce (sambal hijau), Traditional Recipe from Padang, and How to make Green Sauce

Padang restaurant is very famous in Indonesia. It could be called the best restaurant best ever in Indonesia because in every region place. You will find Padang’s Restaurant (Rumah Masakan Padang),
which has unique foods that served at Padang’s Restaurant. Once of food that could make different is the green sauce that is always available in Padang’s Restaurant. Here they are the recipes:

Ingredients:
200 grams of green peppers
7 red onions
2 tablespoons of salt
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 tablespoons of oil
4 green tomatoes (sliced)
1 teaspoon of sugar

How to make green sauce:
The first step steams the green peeper.
Mix and mash the green peeper (that you have steamed), onions, and salt in a mortar or blender.
 Heat the frying oil and enter all of the ingredients that you have mashed, adding the green tomatoes, and sugar. Stir it well and lift.
