Ginger could be made for our healthy drink. That is our research as Indonesian people. Wedang jahe could make our body always fit and get more powerful. Why? Because the ginger has some of contains that could make our body fell hot and fresh.
This drink is really appropriate for a person who is still under the weather or getting sick (especially catch cold). Ginger juice becomes our alternative drink when we are getting sink suck us, cough, stomachache, and throw up.Ingredients:
100 grams of ginger
450 ml water
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
200 grams of granulated sugar
3 cardamoms
3-6 cinnamons
5 cloves
How to make Ginger Juice:
The first step is, you have to burn ginger then crushed.
Next boil water, brown sugar, granulate sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves wait until boil. And then add the ginger that you have crushed.
Lift and stain it.
Serve when it warm ;)
